Overall, we are very pleased with our experience working with Peter. The rate he offered (and that we received) was good and the associated fees (appraisal, etc.) were reasonable. After filling out some paperwork and waiting a little over a month we now have lower monthly payments and will save considerably over the life of the loan. We very much appreciated the convenience of having the title company come to our house to finalize the refinance. Our only (relatively minor) complaint would be that we would have appreciated more communication while waiting for the underwriters to process our application. But, again on the whole we had a positive experience working with Peter and would recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.
